The Empowerment cycle
The basic idea of the Empowerment Cycle is to provide a way for young people in the Northwest, who desire to get involved in outreach in their local community, to develop an outreach plan (in collaboration with other young adults, their church, or pastor, etc.), submit it to GYC Northwest, and be able to receive recourses, training, and networking opportunities, as well as potentially receiving funding, thus better equipping them to serve and go beyond for Christ in their local communities.
