MINORS & CHAPERONES POLICY
Minors and chaperones must be registered for the same event pass type. Only one person may register as the chaperone of a minor. For example, if you are the parent of a minor, your spouse cannot also register as the chaperone unless they are chaperoning another minor. Minors Age 7-13: must be chaperoned by a parent/legal guardian (or a chaperone who has notarized written permission from the parent/legal guardian). Minors Age 14-17: may attend with a chaperone age 21 or older who has written permission from the parent/legal guardian. Children ages 6 and under may attend under their parent/legal guardian’s registration and do not need to be registered. If the parent/legal guardian has purchased meals, children ages 6 and under may eat those meals with them. Children ages 6 and under do not count as minors towards a chaperone ticket.
Late is better than never, right? We are happy to announce that we will be offering healthy, plant based vegetarian meals for purchase. See the form below to register for meals!
HEALTH & WELL-BEING
GYC-NW is appreciative of the hospitality of our 2021 venue, College Place Village Church. Out of respect for the precautions such venues take with regard to COVID-19, GYC-NW encourages attendees to follow the venue's health and safety guidelines including, but not limited to: hand washing, wearing a face covering, and not attending if ill or after known exposure to COVID-19. We also request that attendees respect the precautions that others choose to take. If the venue staff become uncomfortable with any attendee's behavior we will respect the venue's requests and/or decisions.
"Many of my generation seem to feel an emptiness that is not being satisfied by what is being offered them, and rightly so. [GYC Northwest] is filling a void that is desperately needed at this time.” —Brian, young adult, Upper Columbia Conference.
